1. Description of company and products
Oy Svart Musik AB (2754518-2) is a manufacturer and reseller of music and music-related merchandise. This webshop offers offers physical records, CDs, tapes and music merchandise for sale. The goods are either manufactured or imported by Oy Svart Musik Ab (2754518-2).
All goods offered for sale on svartrecords.com come from our warehouse, which is located in the same address as the label headquarters.

2. Customer service
Our customer service is available Mon-Fri from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM (+2 GMT) at [email protected] Please allow 24 hours for reply, and 48 hours during sales campaigns. In urgent situations we can be contacted at 040 5704842.
3. Delivery policy and returns
Please allow 1-3 working days for shipping your order. We usually process incoming orders within 24 hours, but small delays due to large amount of orders to process can happen. During sales campaigns the processing time will be longer.
Order cancelation is possible if we haven’t shipped out your order yet. Please get in touch with our customer service should you wish to cancel.
In cases of misshipment or shipment of faulty items we will deliver the customer new copies as soon as possible. In these cases the customer is free to keep the faulty copies, no return is required. Returns of items in flawless condition are not accepted.
4. Delivery time and lost shipments
Please check the CART page for delivery time estimates and shipping information. We will replace all lost parcels, so please get in touch with us if your order does not arrive but please give it some time over the estimate first.
The customer is responsible for giving us the correct shipping address. If the parcel is lost in the mail due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we are not responsible.
5. Release dates
Release dates for vinyl are estimates. We do our utmost to deliver all orders in time, but from time to time manufacturing delays with vinyl are bound to happen.
We will not share your contact details with third parties. All address information is stored on a secure server, and all payment information is encrypted and handled by payment gateways.
7. Refund policy
The customer is allowed to cancel the order and receive full refund if the order is not yet shipped.
